You can take part as a delegate of the Mexican Pharmaceutical Forum by registering and paying for your participation.

The Forum will be held from 29th until 30th of November 2022 in online format and from 17th until 18th May 2023 in hybrid format at the Barceló México Reforma hotel.

You can either pay by credit card on the registration page, or by a bank transfer to the organiser’s bank account in the United Kingdom.

The offline delegates package includes:

  • One delegate pass to the Mexican Pharmaceutical Forum, which will take place at the Barcelo Mexico Reforma hotel in Mexico City on the 17th – 18th May 2023, with the opportunity to attend all sessions of the event’s programme; participation in coffee breaks, lunch breaks, and other evening activities according to the event’s programme i.e. a cocktail reception on the 17th May 2023 and Mexican Pharmaceutical Awards ceremony.
  • Access to the online platform of the event with the ability to watch the live broadcast of all sessions of the programme.
  • Access to the online networking features of the platform.
  • Access to the post-event materials including presentation slides and session’s video recordings.

The online delegate package includes:

  • One personal access to the live broadcast of the sessions of the Mexican Pharmaceutical Forum on 29-30 November 2022.
  • Possibility to ask questions online to speakers during the session.
  • Access to the list of participants, with the ability to communicate and schedule online meetings with delegates and speakers of the event.
  • Access to the sponsors / partners materials and establishing of direct contact with representatives of these companies.
  • Access to the post-event materials including presentation slides and session’s video recordings.

Depending on the number of offline and online participants from the same company, you can choose the most optimal group package.

The access to the online platform is provided only to one registered participant at a time. The system will block additional participants with the same login credentials.

An early bird registration discount available if you register and pay for your participation before October 28, 2022.

After registering and paying for your participation, you will receive the information about how to book a room at a special rate at the Barcelo Mexico Reforma hotel.

Yes, English-Spanish simultaneous translation of all Forum sessions will be provided from 17th until 18th May 2023.

  • If you cancel at least 60 days before the start of the event, the registration fee will be refunded in full, minus $100 for administration costs.
  • If you cancel at least 14 days in advance, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded, minus $100 to cover administrative costs.
  • In case of refusal to participate in less than 14 days, the amount is not refundable, but, at the discretion of the organisers, it can be credited towards participation in any subsequent event within two years. Withdrawal must be sent in writing to info@globalpharmaleaders.club.

Replacement of a participant with another representative of the company (or group of companies) is free of charge, no later than one day before the start of the event. To apply for a replacement, you must send new participant’s details to info@globalpharmaleaders.club.

The organiser of the Forum is the UK registered company – GLOBAL PHARMACEUTICAL LEADERS’ CLUB LIMITED, company number 13469164.

Access to the post-event materials will be provided to all participants of the summit within 2 weeks after its completion. All participants will receive an email with access details.

We are inviting international and local pharmaceutical producers, distributors and pharmacy chains to participate in the contest for the Mexican Pharma Awards ceremony. Applications are accepted in 16 nominations (only from companies that registered delegates at Mexican Pharmaceutical Forum) no later than April 10, 2023. To participate in the contest (in maximum 3 nominations), you are requested to complete the application form on the contest website. Please provide information about the results achieved by your company, representatives and implemented projects.
