Pierre Fabre announces new CEOs for Mexico and Brazil

The Pierre Fabre Group announced Philippe De Carvalho, current CEO, as the new General Manager at the Pierre Fabre subsidiary in Mexico on September 1st.

De Carvalho joined Pierre Fabre Brazil as CEO in 2017; prior to that, he held the position of General Manager at COTY and L’Oreal, Consumer Division, also in Brazil after more than seven years of career at L’Oreal, assuming different roles of marketing and sales in Portugal and France.

On the other hand, the company also announced Ana Paula Magri as the new general director for the Brazilian market, becoming the first woman to hold this position in the company’s subsidiary in the country.

Responsible for the Commercial Department, Magri will assume his new position as of September 1. His professional career includes 20 years of experience in the beauty and dermo-cosmetics segments, passing through severalplacess in the L’Oreal group before arriving at Pierre Fabre.

“For me, it is a great honor to continue with the excellent work and construction of the Group’s brands in the country, with a focus on medicalization, Brazilian consumers and our client partner,”, commented the new CEOof Brazil.

For his part, De Carvalho said: “I am thrilled to hand over the leadership of Brazil to Magri. He has been in charge of commercial operations in Brazil for more than four years and has full knowledge of the strengths and needs of the brands”.
