Novartis invested 7 million dollars in a new pharmaceutical laboratory in Edomex

The pharmaceutical company Novartis allocated 7 million dollars to equip and enable a High Quality Laboratory, in Naucalpan, State of Mexico (Edomex), with the intention of promoting the development of research and technology in this sector.

In addition, the Swiss company plans to invest 5 million dollars in the entity over the next five years, to acquire equipment that allows it to develop pharmaceutical products that improve people’s lives.

“We had a meeting with @novartismexico, a leading pharmaceutical and medical biotechnology company. They presented us with the project of their new High Technology Laboratory in #Naucalpan, in which they invested 7 million dollars”.

Alfredo Del Mazo Maza, governor of Edomex, reported the investment in social networks. The laboratory is located in the Interactive Ideas Campus Center and “consolidates Novartis as a great ally for the timely care of cardiovascular diseases, which is one of the main causes of death in the country.”

In a statement, the governor thanked the investors of this pharmaceutical company for endorsing their trust with a project that takes advantage of the competitive advantages of the Mexican entity, since it allows consolidating the leadership of the state pharmaceutical sector.
