The State of Mexico is projected as the entity with the most significant investments in 2022
The boost to the state’s economic dynamism and good management have led to the current administration adding up to 8,000 million dollars in investment, said the Secretary of Economic Development, Pablo Peralta García, when attending the opening of the fifth edition of the HEINEKEN Green Challenge 2022, “Energy Efficiency.”
Gilberto Sauza, president of the Council of Chambers and Business Associations of the State of Mexico (Concaem), indicated that after the pandemic, the State of Mexico was the first entity to recover employment, which carried out the economic recovery and the reinvestment of foreign capitals. NEOLPHARMA ANNOUNCES EXPANSION
The company dedicated to the pharmaceutical sector announced its investment project in the State of Mexico, which consists of expanding its plants in Ecatepec and Toluca and constructing a Distribution Center and a Vial Plant for the year 2024.
This new project will have an approximate investment of 123 million dollars. Its purposes include acquiring new technology for the Toluca plant and expanding warehouses and facilities at the Ecatepec plant.
In the sector, Grupo Neolpharma stands out for being a company with 45 years of experience in the production and development of pharmaceutical products of the highest quality and, over the years, has maintained a research and development policy with which it has registered 250 products in medical branches such as neurosciences, oncology, dermatology, gastroenterology, pneumology and cardiovascular.

The company announced that it would allocate seven million dollars to equip and enable a High-Quality Laboratory in Naucalpan, which will help promote technological research development in this sector.
Over the next five years, this company plans to invest five million dollars in state-of-the-art equipment to develop pharmaceutical products that improve people’s lives.
